Protein in Urine 864mg: Should I Go to Nephrologist?

I am a healthy 31 years old make and after getting a couple of blood/urine tests, they have determined my protein level in urine is high. In the 24 hours urine collection, I had 864 mg of urine and it should be less than 150mg. I do not have high blood pressure or Diabetes symptoms. I want to know am I ok? Should I go to nephrologist?
