Illness history

 

10 years ago, he went to hospital for a regular check up and found his blood pressure was 120/80mmHg, proteinuria was 2+ and kidney function was normal at that time. 1 year ago, he was hospitalized due to headache and dizziness. At this time, his condition was more severe. Blood pressure was 190/110mmHg, hemoglobin was 115g/L, proteinuria was 2+ and creatinine level was high to 1543umol/L. He began dialysis but his condition was not improved.
