2. Physical exercise regularly and have a plenty of sleep
Create a schedule regarding physical exercises and then stick to it. Moderate exercise with plenty of sleep will help combat fatigue.
3. Try to control blood sugar into normal range
High blood sugar is the root cause of tiredness in Diabetes, so as long as blood sugar level is controlled into normal range, tiredness symptom will be remitted effectively. For the effective control, patients can tale some medicines like metformin or insulin injection.
