Coat the unbaked pie shell with a thin film of butter or slightly beaten egg white to prevent a soggy crust. Combine all ingredients and mix well. pour into unbaked pie shell; baked at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
