Another factor is age and it has something to do with obesity because as people age, we are more susceptible to obesity and the more difficult to lose weight.

It is not scared to have type 2 diabetes and it is the complications that should arouse enough attention. In the early stage, the illness condition can be brought under control through reasonable diet adjustment, proper exercises and medications.

As for the obese people, losing weight can not only lower blood sugar and control the illness condition, but also can help prevent and lower the risk of many other obesity-related diseases.
