No more than ten days before the day come, have you made a plan as to how to pass the festival? Halloween’s Day in history was a time to avoid being disturbed by Ghosts. On the evening, children will be dressed up and wear a mask to play the “treat or trick” game. As we know, Diabetes means high blood glucose levels. Eating candies can raise their blood sugar level and cause them to experience hyperglycemia. The intake of foods, monitoring of sugar and medicine consumption should be performed as usual. Children who do more activities at the night may run the risk of hypoglycemia, so it will be better children are obstructed or parents are by their accompany.

Many may plan for dressing up to participate in a Halloween party. You will be amused by the different cute costumes, however, some strange or horrific dressings may frighten the children. Mood changes may affect the management of Diabetes. So not frighten the one who is around with Diabetes. For people with Diabetes, drinking alcohol or smoking is harmful for their health. So you will remember not to avoid them even if you are going to a party for your own health.
