Nephrotic syndrome is one common type of glomerular disease in children which is characterized by bubbles in urine, swelling, hypoalbuminemia and hyperlipidemia. It mainly affect preschool children that are between 3-5 years old.
Due to deposition of immune complexes in the kidneys and inflammatory reactions, the charge barrier and mechanical barrier functions will be damaged.
