3. abnormal urine changes
Chronic nephritis patients will surely experience abnormal urine changes. Urine change has close relation with the degree of swelling and kidney function. Oliguria and anuria can lead to water-sodium retention. In clinical, swelling will occur. The amount of protein in urine is different. Some people will have 1-3g/d protein in urine, while others can also suffer from massive proteinuria which is more than 3.5g/d. There are granular casts and hyaline cast in urinary sediment along with blood in urine from mild to moderate and sometimes gross hematuria.
