Urine reflux means that urine flow back from the bladder into the kidneys through urethra. If this condition lasts for long time, renal tissues can be damaged and scarred or even lead to renal failure.

Under normal circumstances, the urine is produced in the kidneys after the blood flow through the kidneys and after the blood is filtered and purified.
