Can I Take Yoga with Kidney Cyst

Yoga has been considered to be able to treat some diseases, some kidney cyst patients if it is good if they take Yoga. Yoga helps to improve our immunity, so it is good. However, for kidney cyst patients, if they want to take Yoga, they must get the permission of their doctors, as Yoga may produce influence on their illness condition.

Yoga originates from ancient India and has been greatly receipted by many countries. It is classified into different types like Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga and so on. Each kind of Yoga has great differences with other kinds, but all of them are aims at helping people become harmonious with nature mentally and physically.

Yoga is not a simple physical activity. It shows great effects in the following aspects:

1. Improving blood circulation and accelerating metabolism.

2. Alleviating headache, back pain, joint pain, insomnia,cervicodynia,dysmenorrha and hair lose.

3. Releasing mental pressure, calming mood and comforting physics.

All these functions are good for kidney cyst patients, but duet to the special illness condition, many kidney cyst patients may not suitable to do Yoga. Generally speaking, patients with big cysts in kidney should be careful while doing Yoga and try to avoid some movements which need them to twist their waist or bend down. We know when kidney cyst enlarges to a certain size, it ruptures easily and that may lead to kidney infection, blood urine and deterioration of illness condition. Therefore, for people with big cysts in kidney, they need to get the permission of their doctors.

Lastly, although Yoga is good for our health, for kidney cyst patients, it is impossible for them to get recovery simply by doing Yoga. Kidney cyst enlarges over time and can cause kidney failure directly, so getting kidney cyst treated effectively is very important for kidney cyst patients to live a high quality life in future.
