I am now 44 years old and I have adult polycystic kidney disease. It has been 4 years since I knew that i have PKD. Now the largest renal cyst is in my right kidney and it measures about 4.3 *4.8cm. My blood pressure is higher, about 150/90 and my creatinine is 3.1. The doctor gave me some pills and medicines, but it seems that my kidneys increase continuously, will it get rupture? What should i do?
