I have had Insulin Dependent Diabetes since I was at 17, now 46 and started the insulin pump March 2012. Informed in Nov. 2011 I am in stage 3 kidney disease- my kidneys are functioning at 33%. I have controlled hypertension, neuropathy in my feet (no MEDS for that). I want to do alternative therapy to heal.

Long time Diabetes will cause large amount of Glycosyl compound and lipid toxic substance depositing in the kidneys, thus damaging the renal vessels and cause inflammation in the kidneys. Long time like this will cause glomerular sclerosis and tubular fibrosis. Have you done ultrasound recently? Have the kidneys become smaller or still of normal size?
