Q: I was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome(NS) a year back and used steroids for a couple of months. My protein in urine have some relieve, but after some time I found some protein loss again and my suggested to use steroids again. I now suspect that if steroid therapy can treat my disease fundamentally. Is there any alternative treatment for Nephrotic Syndrome?

A: To tell you the truth,steroid therapy or immunosuppressive drugs can not treat NS from the root.
