My wife done six weeks of kidney dialysis and starts low blood pressure and seizures. At that moment, her doctor stopped the dialysis and for two months and then got a kidney transplant. However, four months later, my wife started having them again. Can this be a result of something gone wrong with dialysis? Maybe she does not need dialysis because she still had some kidney function. What is your advice?

Actually, seizure is a common for kidney failure patients, but it indeed occurs among some patients with kidney dialysis. In clinic, seizure can be caused by many conditions and in kidney dialysis, it may occur because of encephalosis or toxic metabolic encephalopathy.
For a patient with kidney dialysis, aside from seizures, they may experience some other health problems like headache, low blood pressure, muscle cramp and infection and so on. Also, the longer time they do dialysis, the more likely they suffer from these dialysis complications.
You also mentioned your wife still has some kidney function at that time. Actually, not everyone with kidney failure will surely do dialysis in clinic. For some patients who still have some kidney function, they can try Immunotherapy which can help to improve kidney condition. Dialysis is a medical procedure in which wastes in blood can be removed effectively; however, it can not repair kidney damages, so it is not a long-term solution. Besides, when blood is filtered by dialysis machine outside patient’s body, kidneys can not get enough blood and under such a condition, residual kidney tissues will become necrotic gradually. Also, this is the reason why kidney failure patients have decreased urine output after they start dialysis. For a kidney failure patients with some kidney function, as long as his kidney condition can be improved effectively, he has change to avoid dialysis.
