Will I die of IgA Nephropathy? About this question, I am afraid the answer is YES! IgA Nephropathy is a progressive kidney disorder and can cause kidneys to lose function gradually. 2. Removing deposition in mesangial area to avoid relapse of illness condition
3. Adjust immune system to prevent the formation of new deposition.
