FSGS is a kidney disorder in which the tiny filters (glomeruli) become inflamed and scarred.Back pain and extreme fatigue are two common symptoms of FSGS.

Back pain is a main concern for people with FSGS.It may be caused by many possible causes.Scarring of kidney tissues is a major culprit of back pain in FSGS.In FSGS,if the inflammation in kidneys can not be controlled,it can worsen renal function and cause scarring of kidney tissues.

Another cause of high levels of waste products in body. As the kidneys fail to function properly, they become unable to eliminate waste products from body. This is also a contributable factor of extreme fatigue in FSGS.
