3. Adequate drinking

Our kidney works as a filter to remove waste products and excess water in the body through urine. When one drinks less water, urine decreases as well and consequently, wastes in the blood can not be fully excreted. In addition, some people have habit of having a full bladder, which actually also is one of the potential causes for kidney problem.
