1. Pale look and tiredness

With CKD stage 4, you may found you have a pale look and feel tired easily. Actually, all these abnormal symptoms result from anemia which is diagnosed when erythrocyte count is lower than the reference value.

2. Swelling/ Edema

Kidneys help to control the fluid amount in our body and once they are damaged, they fail to function properly, as a result of which, too much fluids will build up in the body, leading to the occurrence of swelling/edema.

3. Foamy Urine

In Chronic Kidney Disease stage 4, foamy urine always occurs as a result of massive proteinuria. Because of damaged glomerular filtration membrane, large amounts of protein leak into urine and therefore cause proteinuria. When protein get out of our body with urine, foamy urine sign will be formed.

4. Itchy Skin

Since kidneys discharge wastes produced by our body, so for people with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 4, they always fail to excrete these wastes, which can cause high levels of wastes in blood. 5. Nausea and Vomit
