2. High fat foods

3. High plant protein foods

4. Excitant and spicy foods

5. High purine foods

Offals, sardine, nori and various meat soup contain high purine and nitrogen. This condition can trigger gout and azotemia, which affects your kidney function.

Sea foods, drinks and ham can also induce gout and increase uric acid level.
