3. Oranges
Patients with kidney stones, lithangiuria and cystolith should not eat oranges. This is because orange is a rich source of vitamin C and the metabolic product of vitamin C can combine with calcium ion to form stones, which will worsen your medical conditions.
4. Apples
Apples contain high levels of vitamin C. Vitamin C can be metabolized to oxalic acid. Oxalic acid will worsen urinary calculus.
