What Is the Diet for Kidney Stone Patients

3. Foods with calcium oxalate also need to be limited

Foods with high calcium oxalate include endives, asparagus, eggplant, brussels sprouts, cucumbers, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwifruit, grape and lime and so on.

4. Avoid ingesting too much vitamin C
